Dr. Katerina Fraidaki is the President of the Hellenic E-Commerce Association - GRECA (Greek e-Commerce Association). She holds a PhD from the Department of Management Science and Technology of the Athens University of Economics and Business, major researcher (senior researcher) and coordinator of e-Commerce actions (eCommerce Coordinator) at the E-Business Laboratory - ELTRUN. She holds a degree in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Information Systems Analysis, Design and Management from the London School of Economics (LSE). Since 2010 she is scientifically responsible for the annual research of ELTRUN for the behavior of Greek online consumers and social media users, as well as for the evaluation of Greek online stores. She's got conducted a number of studies on Social Networking and E-Commerce. Her scientific papers have been presented at national and international conferences.
