Joanna Konstantinou is a Consultant and a Digital Leadership Coach who has contributed to multinational management teams’ Leadership Development, specialized in Change management, Performance coaching, Communication and Digital transformation. Innovative, strategic and visionary business consultant with experience in versatile business environments. Advisory member of the REBRAIN Project of the Ministry of Labour. Joanna has a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems and Marketing Management, MSc in Total Quality Management, MSc in Leadership, and a PhD research in progress, at Sheffield University, UK, in the area of Entrepreneurship and Leadership, and has successfully completed an executive education program by INSEAD University on Leadership in a Crisis Context. Her academic knowledge and expertise is further supported by extensive academic and professional training and certifications such as SAP ERP systems and Quality assurance and Excellence standards (ISO, EFQM). As a faculty member of the the American College of Greece, DEREE she is a Professor of the Management Information Systems and International Hospitality Management programs with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She has served as a Leading Steering Committee Member at European Commission on Digital Tourism - DG for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SM. High involvement in the Tourism and Hospitality and Information and Communication Technology industries. Member of professional committees, invited speaker in international business conferences, and author of academic research articles. She possessed unique perspective deriving from balanced exposure and extensive hands-on experience from both the business world and academia.
