Future of Retail

The Future of Retail” is the leading forum for dialogue, interpreting current data on commerce, analyzing international trends, and ultimately shaping a new proposition for the future of trade. It addresses significant questions regarding its own existence and evolution. The “Future of Retail” Conference aims to give new dimensions to the commerce industry and highlight that its evolution concerns us all. Distinguished speakers from Greece and abroad, as well as high-ranking executives from the international market, come together to address questions related to contemporary business. They offer a window for fruitful dialogue in evaluating the new conditions that undoubtedly outline a different future in the global retail industry.

Over the past decade, traditional retail businesses have faced the downgrading of physical stores in favor of transitioning to the electronic realm, embracing omnichannel sales through the capabilities of digital technology, focusing on building customerbrand relationships through experience shaping, and more recently, revitalizing physical stores through the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
